How much does your service cost?
Our apartment locator services are entirely free for clients. We are compensated by the apartment communities, which means you can take advantage of our expertise and assistance without any financial obligation.
How much do I need to make in order to rent an apartment?
Most properties require that your gross salary (before taxes) is 3x the rent.
Example: If an apartment costs $1,200 per month, you should be making $3,600 gross per month (before taxes).
When should I start searching for an apartment?
In order to guarantee we help you find your dream apartment, it’s best to reach out to us around 60 days before your ideal move-in date! However, we can also help if your move-in date is right around the corner.
"Minimum Standard Qualifications"
1. Must be 18 or older
2. Must have 6 months or more of continuous job time, offer letter,
6 months bank Statements or approved co-signer
3. Must make at least 2-3 times the rent or approved co-signer
